Title: Receptionist / Office Manager
Growing, award winning manufacturer and distributor of architectural design products seeks experienced Receptionist / Office manager. Individual must possess excellent communication skills and be computer literate with the ability to handle administrative and receptionist duties including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Answer and distribute all (heavy) incoming calls
- Manage and maintain front office, reception desk
- Assist with database maintenance for leads, prospects, customers and vendors
- Assist with follow-up phone calls on leads and quotes
- Order supplies
- Process large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Additional administrative projects as assigned
The successful candidate will be a self starter who is detail oriented with a minimum of 2 + years experience, bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Excellent opportunity for someone who has a positive attitude, takes direction easily, and is a true team player. Attendance and Punctuality extremely important!
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We offer an excellent working environment with an opportunity for growth that includes a Base salary; Medical and Dental plans along with 401K Retirement Plan.
